With a 3-year warranty on the frame and motor and a 1-year warranty on the battery and other parts, the ComfyGO X-7 is made to last. The limited warranty does not include labor or device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, non-durable components and components subject to normal wear and needs replacement from time to time (for example rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts). All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the serial number. The customer must provide the complete serial number, model number, purchase channel, and order number to the Company. For products under warranty, the Company reserves the right to send a free-of-charge repair part to the customer.

I love this scooter. It has opened up life for me again. I am a 'small generator' (means I have photovoltaic cells on my roof) and so the electricity to charge the battery cots me very little. I cannot afford an electric car, but this scooter allows me to travel all around the city I live in at a very low cost. Yes, it's not an option when it is raining, but otherwise it is ideal.

My wife liked it so much she rode it for 2 hours trying to master the joy stick. After crashing into a few household items in the house, she finally went outside to try her luck there. She finally figured out the joystick and is now a happy camper.

This is a good scooter. So far we have only used it on a couple of occasions, once at the park and once to go to a museum, but in both instances it showed out very well, smooth of operation, quiet, strong, and comfortable. I got my scooter for Christmas from my family Because they know how I like to go from sun up and down I need two knee replacement But I am not going to get them done.
