All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the serial number. The customer must provide the complete serial number, model number, purchase channel, and order number to the Company. For products under warranty, the Company reserves the right to send a free-of-charge repair part to the customer.

I love this scooter. It has opened up life for me again. I am a 'small generator' (means I have photovoltaic cells on my roof) and so the electricity to charge the battery cots me very little. My wife liked it so much she rode it for 2 hours trying to master the joy stick. After crashing into a few household items in the house, she finally went outside to try her luck there. She finally figured out the joystick and is now a happy camper.

This is a good scooter. I got my scooter for Christmas from my family Because they know how I like to go from sun up and down I need two knee replacement But I am not going to get them done.
