- Lead Acid Battery/Batteries: 6 months (Freerider branded electric power wheelchairs)
- The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, shipping damage, alterations, modifications, misuse, neglect, or abuse
- Upholstery, seating, armrest, body panels, shroud, and cowlings
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, natural disasters, or Acts of God
- Damage resulting from abuse, accident, negligent operation, storage, or maintenance
- Damage resulting from liquid or moisture corrosion to electronic devices
- Consumable wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, and motor brushes
- Labor, service calls, shipping costs, and other charges unless authorized by FreeRider USA
- Improperly charged, stored, or maintained batteries (per manufacturer's recommendations)
- Batteries with removed seals

- Recommendations for Luggie Lithium Battery:
- Charge the battery when the battery meter indicator is in the red zone (low battery)
- If the Luggie Lithium battery won't be used for an extended period, fully charge it and disengage it from the scooter's battery compartment before storage. Do a refresh charge in 2 to 3 weeks if stored for an extended period

I love this scooter. It has opened up life for me again. I am a 'small generator' (means I have photovoltaic cells on my roof) and so the electricity to charge the battery cots me very little. I cannot afford an electric car, but this scooter allows me to travel all around the city I live in at a very low cost. Yes, it's not an option when it is raining, but otherwise it is ideal.
