- Normal wear and tear, shipping damage, alterations, modifications, misuse, neglect, or abuse
- Upholstery, seating, armrest, body panels, shroud, and cowlings

For optimal performance of the Luggie lithium battery, we recommend the following:
- Charge the battery when the battery meter indicator is in the red zone (low battery)
- If the Luggie lithium battery won't be used for an extended period, fully charge it and disengage it from the scooter's battery compartment before storage. Do a refresh charge in 2 to 3 weeks if stored for an extended period
