The demonstrator who came to our home was friendly, polite, a professional who took time to ensure the scooter was suitable and safe for our needs - no push tactics, pressure for a quick sale. When the scooter was delivered - we were provided with all paperwork and again taken through the features of the scooter. Professional and friendly, it was a pleasure to deal with this company.
The scooter is superb and does everything as advertised. This has made such a difference to our lives.

I love this scooter. It has opened up life for me again. I am a 'small generator' (means I have photovoltaic cells on my roof) and so the electricity to charge the battery cots me very little. I cannot afford an electric car, but this scooter allows me to travel all around the city I live in at a very low cost. Yes, it's not an option when it is raining, but otherwise it is ideal.

I bought this for my brother. It has made it possible for him to get around his house easier. The wheelchair didn’t fit through the doorway of the bathrooms, and this does. He did remove the armrests to give him more room through doorways. Great investment!

My wife liked it so much she rode it for 2 hours trying to master the joy stick. After crashing into a few household items in the house, she finally went outside to try her luck there. She finally figured out the joystick and is now a happy camper.

This is a good scooter. So far we have only used it on a couple of occasions, once at the park and once to go to a museum, but in both instances it showed out very well, smooth of operation, quiet, strong, and comfortable. I got my scooter for Christmas from my family Because they know how I like to go from sun up and down I need two knee replacement But I am not going to get them done. I love the Journey Scooter and can go anywhere with it and I am going places that I couldn’t go before and I don’t have to pay all that money to rent a electric scooter I took my grandkids to the beach and Kings Dominion last week and I couldn’t rid all over the park and my scooter stayed charged for 10 hours I really did enjoy going where ever I wanted to go I felt so self sufficient that I had to cry of joy!!!!
